The Rail Safety Engineer training course comprises five courses that build on one another and can be booked either individually or in full. The training consists of our individual training courses Basics, Homologation, Standards, Measures & Techniques and Practice.

Description

The Rail Safety Engineer training course provides participants with an overview of the standards and other relevant regulations in addition to the core aspects of functional safety in the rail sector. One focus is on the legal aspects of licensing. Due to changes in the content of the Rail Safety Engineer, certification is limited to three years and then requires re-certification. This is used by professionals to keep up to date on railroad safety issues on an ongoing basis.

When booking the “Rail Safety Engineer” training series, modules 1-5 are automatically selected in the respective half-year. Please refer to the modules in the respective semester for the respective dates.

You save EUR 1,870 compared to booking the individual training courses separately. Upon participation and passing the included exams, the Rail Safety Engineer certificate is obtained.

The total price includes the training costs of EUR 8,250 (plus VAT) and a campus fee of EUR 5,280 (plus VAT):

Contains:

  • 16 nights in a unique atmosphere incl. Breakfast; in case of arrival at the lecture or extension we ask for appropriate booking / message.
  • Meals during the training incl. Lunch and non-alcoholic drinks
  • Networking in our lounge
  • At a possibly common learning evening incl. Dinner and non-alcoholic drinks
  • Supervision by the trainer during the learning evenings
